Knitting on the Net.com (at least 100 free patterns)

Lace Pullover Sweater from Knitting on the Net.comI have found the pattern for my first attempt at knitting a sweater.  I love this sweater…  Barbara Breiter, co-author with Gail Diven of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Knitting and Crocheting Illustrated, has a web site called Knitting on the Net and she has lists of free patterns up.  For experienced and beginner knitters alike, there are stitch directions for at least 100 stitches.  There’s even free wallpaper with  Russell Crowe knitting! Have a look….

Great find! I love the two baby sweaters. I’ve never knitted from the top down, and a little sweater is always a good way to try a new technique.
