Lining a Purse/Bag…My Way

I finished a little bag yesterday on my Pocket Weaver.   I decided I wanted to line it and make it into a small purse, so I did.  I will probably change the cording to something else and make the straps different, but in the meantime…

I made a short tutorial of how I did the lining.  I looked all over the net for a tute showing how to insert one side into another, sew, turn and have a nice, neat seam at the top… no dice.  Couldn’t find one.  So I spent the better part of the morning ripping out seams until I got it right…then decided to take pictures and make a tutorial as I finished it up…

I hope it helps someone else in the future…

You’ll find it in my Pages… It’s here.

Have a look…
